Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5-7 years professional experience.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Officer or similar role.
Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Manage and optimize the company's online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Analyze market trends and competitors' strategies to identify opportunities and key issues.
Oversee social media strategies to increase followers and drive customer interaction.
Monitor and manage PPC advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Coordinate with marketing graphic designers to create engaging text, image, and video content for social media and website.
Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
Monitor changes in social media platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage the company's email marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from creative, IT and production to product marketing and legal – to produce effective promotional materials.
Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.)
Skills and experience in creative content writing.
Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
Professional certification in Digital Marketing.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Proficient in multiple social media platforms.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
