Предоставление участникам практического опыта и понимания деятельности назначенного им отдела.

Назначенная деятельность отдела:

• Отслеживание возможностей совместно с профессионалами отдела наблюдать за их повседневными задачами и обязанностями.
• Assisting in department-specific projects and initiatives.
• Участие в командных собраниях и мозговых штурмах.
• Взаимодействие с командой для достижения целей отдела.
• Learning specific skills and techniques related to the department's functions.

Размышления и сертификация

Участники представляют другим группам свою работу, достижения и ключевые уроки, полученные в результате работы в закрепленных за ними отделах.

Церемония закрытия, посвященная достижениям участников и вручению сертификатов об окончании.

Orientation, Presentation Skills (Pitching Skills) and Preparation

Reintroducing participants to the company and its departments, preparing them with the required teamwork, presentation skills, pitching skills, selling concept skills, and work ethics, and assigning each youngster to a specific department.

Department-Specific Work to innovate an idea that will add value to the department.

• Understand the Department’s Needs and Challenges for a specific function and areas of improvement that will be shared by the department: Closely observe the department’s operations, workflows, and pain points.
• Ideate and Evaluate Innovative Solutions: Generate creative ideas for addressing the department’s needs. Assess the feasibility, potential impact, and alignment with the department’s goals.
• Develop the Innovative Idea: Transform the selected idea into a detailed plan of action, including the required resources, implementation steps, and anticipated outcomes.
• Validate and Refine the Idea: a discussion with the team members to compile the full idea or initiative to ensure it delivers the expected value. Also, prepare their concept and how they will sell it to the (Shark Tank Panel).

Final Presentation and Celebration (Shark Tank Panel)

Participants present their work to the Shark Tank Panel achievements, innovative ideas, and key learnings from working in their assigned departments to the other groups.

Closing ceremony to celebrate the participants' achievements and provide certificates of completion.
