Typists are responsible for typing documents and written materials for a range of companies. They use word processors to compile reports, record meeting minutes, and transcribe handwritten or audio material into digital form. They also proofread writing for errors, manage document filing systems, and assist with a variety of clerical duties.
Holder of high school or an equivalent qualification.
2-3 years’ UAE experience in a similar role.
Checks and reviews the documents for new/renewal of labor contract, visa, EID, and health insurance in accordance with the ministry’s requirements.
Prepares all legal documents as per the requirement of the company.
Prepares and submits all transactions related to the Judicial Departments such as MOA, MOU, POA, and any other related documents.
Prepares and submits all transactions related to CICPA Department (Security Passes), ADM, Civil Defense, ADGM and DED (Abu Dhabi mall &Dubai).
Prepares and submits all transactions related to all visa application processes such as new employment visas, investor visas, renewals, and cancellations.
Visits the Government authorities to submit documents or check on any new regulations as and when required.
Prepares and submit all transactions related to the renewal of the company trade licenses and other licenses.
Coordinates with HR Dept, PRO, and PR Manager to facilitate the documentation related to the onboarding, offboarding. of all employees.
Submits a daily task report of responsibility and duties to the PR Manager.
Ensures proper feedback, follow up and update on the tasks assigned by another department.
Prepares daily petty cash expense reports and submit them to the PR Manager.
Maintains an electronic log and database of processed visas, passports, Emirates IDs, vehicles, immigration cards, contracts, insurance policies, work permits, staff license.
Prepares letters or other requested correspondence documents in Arabic.
Translates simple documents into Arabic or English on an as-needed basis.
Updates the systems tracker daily basis.
Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
Excellent Organization and Communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong technical and computer skills MS Office tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
