Marina Sunset Bay, Abu Dhabi is the newest addition to the portfolio of luxury projects developed by NIC and managed by National Marina Real Estate Development LLC (NMRED Co.) Located at a prominent site on the breakwater, Marina Sunset Bay, Abu Dhabi is part of the development of the Marina area and occupy pride of place in this massive architectural edifice. In close proximity is the Marina Mall and Marina Office Park from the south, the proposed Fairmont Hotel from the east, Marina Royal Compound from the west (separated) by a bay and the sea from the north. Marina Sunset Bay comprises 67 luxurious villas. The residences are planned in a manner that is environment-friendly, yet get the most out of the picturesque location and extensive waterfront. A carefully thought out design strategy was pursued in order to ensure all three construction platforms are separated by a height of 2.5m between each of them. This provides an unhindered view of the sea to every villa. There are three types of villas, arranged according to the hierarchy of size. The largest villas have 7 bedrooms and be built by the waterfront. Next comes the 6-bedroom villas, which occupy the second and third rows from the waterfront. And above all, on the fourth row, stands the 5-bedroom villas. All four rows overlook the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf. The villas are exceptional for their simplicity and adhere to contemporary Gulf Design, which takes the modern reworking of the traditional Gulf house to a new level. The minimalism is achieved through a process of rigorous control and refinement. The private villa landscapes will be adorned with water fountains, pools, and spas, pergolas and elegantly paved pathways. The picture perfect setting is designed to radiate a resort-like experience. There’s a definite method to this landscaping; it is intended to foster a sense of community by creating pathways that brings people together.
