PRIMARY PURPOSE

-

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. They collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and successfully fill open positions with top talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

 

1.1

Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.

 

1.2

Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

 

1.3

Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

 

1.4

Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection.

 

1.5

Conduct reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment screening processes.

 

1.6

Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Candidate Sourcing and Talent Pipeline:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

 

2.2

Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

 

2.3

Leverage online platforms, professional networks, and recruitment tools to identify and engage with passive candidates.

 

2.4

Participate in job fairs, industry events, and networking activities to promote the organization and attract talent.

Craft compelling job postings and advertisements that effectively communicate the organization's unique selling points.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

 

4.2

Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress, assess effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

 

5.1

Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.

 

5.2

Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview training and candidate assessment.

 

5.3

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring effective communication and alignment on recruitment goals.

Recruitment Compliance:

 

6.1

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.

 

6.2

Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations that may impact recruitment practices.

General

 

7.1

Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.

 

7.2

Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.

2+ years of recruiting experience preferred.

Capability to negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and other employment terms with candidates.

Effective time management skills to handle multiple job openings and recruitment activities simultaneously.

Effective problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges and find innovative solutions.

Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, recruitment priorities, and evolving job market conditions.
