Senior Business Development Specialist is responsible for providing support towards growth of the BD functions, internally and extrenally including new product development and corporate relations.

The role function incorporates handling new business development requests, aquiring new business opportunities and clients as per directives of the line manager.

 Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.

 2+ years’ experience working in a Real Estate development role.

 Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.

 Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

 The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.

 Effective communication skills.

 Detail-oriented.
