As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's vision and goals. You will play a crucial role in producing compelling videos that engage our target audience and communicate our message effectively. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of videography techniques, equipment, and post-production processes.

Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field.

4+ Experience in video production, camera operation, lighting setup, and shooting video

Video Production: Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots based on project requirements and creative briefs. Operate a range of video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture high-quality footage.  Set up and manage various equipment, including tripods, stabilizers, drones, and other accessories.  Ensure appropriate framing, composition, lighting, and audio quality during shoots.  Collaborate with other team members to coordinate shoots and manage on-set logistics

Post-Production: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging video content using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Add graphics, effects, and animations as needed to enhance the visual appeal of the videos. Select appropriate music and sound effects to complement the video content. Ensure smooth transitions, pacing, and storytelling through effective editing techniques. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to make necessary revisions and improvements.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and organize video equipment to ensure functionality and longevity.  Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during shoots and address them promptly. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in videography equipment and techniques

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver video content that aligns with brand guidelines. Contribute innovative ideas for video concepts and visual storytelling.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.  Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and talent for video shoots, as required. Ensure all video projects are completed within scope and budget.

General: Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility. Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

Proficiency in operating video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices. Strong understanding of composition, framing, and visual storytelling. Proficiency in video editing software and post-production processes. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Creativity and a passion for visual storytelling. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
