Campaign Specialist - Real Estate Experience

PRIMARY PURPOSE

The Campaigns specialist – Media Buyer will devise and execute the overall digital strategy on all the social media platforms to allow the business to generate leads.

Participating in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

A clear understanding and hands on experience of digital marketing channels, techniques & tools including PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliates & Google Analytics

Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message.

Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely

Monitoring the progress of the campaign’s budget to ensure it is being used effectively.

Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth

Creating a digital marketing strategy that takes into account all aspects of online marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media (Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook ).

Monitoring the performance of digital marketing campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement

Conducting research on new marketing techniques and technologies for possible implementation by the company.

Reviewing online analytics reports to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance

Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.

Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent work experience required.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social media Buying

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude

Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions

Develops innovative forward design concepts
