The Trainer will create, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs that support the 

development and improvement of employees' skills and knowledge. This role is essential in driving 

organizational performance and ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary tools and 

understanding to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently. 

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent

▪ +7 years of experience Human Resource/Training/Training role.

Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs and materials, including manuals, handouts, online modules, and visual aids. Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of the organization and its employees. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions through various methods such as in-person workshops, online webinars, and hands-on activities. Utilize adult learning principles and effective instructional techniques to engage participants and facilitate learning. Needs Assessment: Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and consultations with managers and employees. Identify gaps in skills and knowledge and recommend appropriate training solutions. Evaluation and Feedback: Develop and administer evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and participant satisfaction. Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training programs. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the progress of trainees during and after training programs. Provide coaching and follow-up support to ensure the application of new skills and knowledge. Content Management: Maintain and update training content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational goals. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in training and development. Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational objectives. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy for learning and development. Administrative Tasks: Manage training schedules, registration, and attendance records. Prepare reports and documentation related to training activities. Compliance and Standards: Ensure training programs comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. Develop and enforce training policies and procedures. Technology Utilization: Leverage e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other technological tools to enhance training delivery and accessibility. Troubleshoot technical issues related to training tools and platforms.
