Lead Owner Officer is a crucial position for the success of the Interact involvements with Sales.
Manage day-to-day operational work and team management along with the performance of the Sales Agents.
This role identifies the on-the-job upskilling measurements in line with unique customers’ journey.
Lead Owner Officer will design well-rounded real estate knowledge transfer modules for the Sales Agents.
Passionate about helping people learn and grow their careers, the Lead Owner Officer will excel at identifying the current and future skills required for the Sales Agents.
An Attested bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a contact centre environment as a Team Manager or related area, and experience in the Interact industry.
Experience within customer services
Work closely with the Sales team leader, motivating and coaching the Sales Agents.
Hosting 1-2-1’s and team meetings.
Keeping up to date with business development and new product lines.
Manage day-to-day line activities, priorities and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs.
Use company methodology, team input and own initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved.
Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary.
Lead and inspire a team of sales-oriented agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.
Support the Head of Sales to deliver business targets and objectives and create a performance orientated culture.
Keep up to date with any industry changes affecting the business and relaying this knowledge back to the team.
Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies.
Deliver the allocated part of the operation within agreed budgets, service levels and business targets.
Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management.
Support the Sales Manager to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement.
Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations.
Energetic and motivating individual and creative thinking.
Extremely organized and details oriented.
English language required
