Contract Management Specialist is responsible for managing contracts and agreements between the real estate company and its business-to-business (B2B) partners, Developers, Business to government , strategic partnership agreements , franchise agreement, service providers agreements etc.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field.

Previous experience in contract management, preferably in the real estate or B2B sector

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with B2B partners, including vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Ensure all agreements comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Collaborate with relevant internal audit departments to resolve contractual issues and mitigate risks.

Maintain organized records of all PSI Group contracts, agreements, and related documents.

Coordinate with internal departments, including finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure alignment on contractual terms and obligations.

Monitor contract performance and adherence to terms, resolving any disputes or discrepancies that arise.

Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contractual matters.

Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to contract management and real estate transactions.

Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Facilitating the resolution of contract-related disputes and disagreements between the real estate company and its B2B partners through negotiation, mediation, or escalation procedures.

Establishing performance metrics and conducting periodic evaluations of B2B partners' performance to assess adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.

Identifying potential risks associated with contract terms, financial obligations, and business relationships, and implementing risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including procurement, legal, operations, and project management, to ensure alignment on contract-related matters and achieve business objectives.

Ensure to protect the company rights from any risks that may arise by auditing and safeguarding the Agreements under PSI group.

Legal Knowledge & Strong understanding of real estate law and contract law.

Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
