Key Responsibilities:
01. Introduce Company on a Corporate level to potential partners clients
02. Supports the business development efforts to develop new business development opportunities and expand existing client database and cross-referrals across Real Estate sector
03. Develop business development proposals and present them to potential new clients as per the direction from the line manager
04. Continuously follow up on running project status & new project developments
05. Develop new relation in the market and captivate the new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
06. Develop RFP responses to client requests for proposals.
07. Handling communication for the new B2B and developer agreements at corporate level
08. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and clients.
09. Providing valuable inputs & insights into product development and competitive positioning.
10. Develop project feasibility studies & market research for real estate developments & special projects.
11. Develop Annual International Roashow plan and calendar for PSI Group of companies
12. Conducting market research to identify market needs & new business opportunities
13. Support in development of project comparison model & project USP’s to support the Sales & Marketing team & identify the product target audience
14. Provides Business Development team support for all new expansion initiatives and new investments.
15. Responsible for archiving & keeping confidential all BD related documents, proposals, presentations, reports and offers.
16. Assist in business development department workflow development & continuous process improvement on all levels as per directions from the line manager.
17. Assist in drafting the company policies & procedures.
18. Assit in development of BD department structure, objectives and training materials to support the department growth plan as per line manager directives
19. Attending reguraly real estate conferences, meetings, and industry events
20. Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
21. Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
Effective communication skills.
