UniEstate Prime Tower is a 10-storey residential complex located in Jumeirah Village Circle, District 10, Dubai. The project was developed by UniEstate, and the architectural design was implemented by Barajeel Engineering Consultants. The main construction work was carried out by Ali Bin Salem Contracting. Geo Foundation Group was also involved in the construction work. The building was commissioned in the third quarter of 2017.
