Abu Dhabi's luxury property market is set to welcome a new branded residential development, with TARAF and Singapore-based investment firm Steppe partnering with Marriott International to launch JW Marriott Residences on Yas Island.

Announced in October 2026, the project will mark the JW Marriott brand's first residential development in Abu Dhabi. The planned beachfront residences will sit beside a golf course, combining a waterfront setting with amenities focused on wellbeing, leisure and everyday living.

The development brings together TARAF, the real estate division of Yas Holding, Steppe and Marriott International.

The project is planned around the relationship between residential living, nature and wellbeing. Its architectural and interior design concepts draw inspiration from Abu Dhabi's landscape, natural light and heritage.

Planned amenities include a residents' lounge, fitness centre, steam and sauna facilities, treatment rooms, a golf simulator, a media room, children's activity areas and guest suites.
