Dubai’s real estate market continued to move at a strong pace as the city recorded AED 9.83 billion in property transactions between 31 August and 4 September 2026, according to Dubai Land Department data, Arabian Business reported.
During the week, the emirate recorded 2,465 sales transactions across residential and commercial properties.
The figures show that activity remains spread across different parts of the market, from high-end homes to commercial offices.
AED 41.8 Million Office Deal in Business Bay
One of the biggest transactions of the week took place in Business Bay, where an office at Lumena Alta by Omniyat was sold for AED 41.8 million.
Other notable deals included an apartment at Muraba Veil on the Dubai Water Canal, which sold for AED 31.6 million, and an apartment at Orla by Omniyat on Palm Jumeirah, which sold for AED 29.4 million.
These transactions highlight continued interest in Dubai’s prime locations, particularly areas with strong connectivity, established amenities, and access to the city’s main business and lifestyle destinations.
