Dubai Ready Apartment Sales in October 2026 at a Glance
Sales value rose 25.7% from about AED4.2bn in September to AED5.28bn, while transactions climbed 22.6% from 2,437 to 2,988. Because value grew faster than volume, the average deal edged up to roughly AED1.77m, helped by a run of high-value sales at the top end.
Ready apartments are completed units with title deeds that you can move into or lease straight away. Most are resales between owners, which is why this segment is often called the secondary market.
How October Compares with the Rest of 2026
October ranked third this year for both volume and value. Only February (3,844 deals worth AED6.85bn) and January (3,527 deals worth AED5.96bn) were stronger.
The pickup started in the summer. Q3 recorded 7,825 ready apartment sales worth about AED12.8bn, up 21.9% in volume on Q2, according to an Al Masdar Al Aqaari analysis of DLD data. From January to September, Dubai averaged roughly 2,665 ready apartment deals a month, so October came in about 12% above that pace.
Ready vs Off-Plan Apartments in Dubai
Ready units made up 34.3% of all apartment transactions in October but 36.9% of sales value. That gap comes down to location: most ready stock sits in established, higher-priced districts, while much of the off-plan supply is in newer communities further out.
A ready home lets you move in or collect rent right after transfer, and you can check the price against recent sales in the same building. Off-plan spreads payments over construction but means waiting two to four years for handover.
