Reeman Living: Aldar Properties Introduces a Designer Residential Community in Al Shamkha, Abu Dhabi

Reeman Living, a designer residential community by Aldar Properties, is set to begin construction in Q3 2023 in the peaceful Al Shamkha area of Abu Dhabi. This development marks the second project in Aldar's 'Living' urban collection, aiming to provide inclusive communities in prime locations of the UAE capital. The community will consist of 1,050 residential units, with the initial phase featuring 630 residences spread across five low-rise buildings. Prospective buyers and investors can choose from a range of properties, including studios and 1-3 bedroom apartments ranging from 280 sq. ft to 1,076 sq. ft. The 2-3 bedroom layouts offer the option of 1 or 2 balconies. Residents have the choice between light or dark colour palettes for the interior design, which also includes personalized designs and ample storage spaces.
