The Za'abeel Community, spread more than 10 km2 , alternatively spelled Zabeel, is a vibrant community in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). 

 

Situated in eastern Dubai, Za'abeel community contains two luxurious sub-communities Za'abeel 1, is nearby Al Nasr and is limited toward the south by routes Oud Metha Road and second Zabeel Road. 

 

This sub-community is residential and contains Za'abeel Stadium, and Za'abeel Park, a well known spot for sports and live music whereas Za'abeel 2, is limited toward the east by Za'abeel 1 and toward the west by Business Bay. It contains the Nad Al Sheba Racecourse and the Ruler's Palace; Zabeel Palace. Both sub communities are generally newer, more affluent communities with villas and townhomes and fully equipped with world class features and amenities.
