Rawda Apartments master plan

Rawda Apartments are situated in a prime park-side location, consisting of four residential apartment buildings with views over Town Square Park, the courtyard and main Town Square Boulevard.

Nshama has announced Rawda 2, a new residential project consisting of four towers, which will be built within the 750-acre Town Square Dubai development.

Rawda 2’s towers will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and will offer residents access to the development’s Reel Cinemas cineplex according to a statement from the developer. The project is also in close proximity to the retail precinct, which is said to offer 500 retail and food and beverage (F&B) outlets in addition to a variety of leisure attractions.
