PRIMARY PURPOSE
To specialize in the resale (secondary) real estate market by sourcing quality listings, managing relationships with landlords and property owners, and facilitating successful transactions between buyers and sellers. The Resale Agent is expected to be fully knowledgeable in using online property portals and must be skilled in negotiation and deal closure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and list quality secondary market properties through direct landlord contact, referrals, and networking |
Build and maintain a strong portfolio of property listings by developing long-term relationships with property owners. |
Upload and manage listings across major property portals, including Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc., ensuring accuracy, quality media, and competitive pricing. |
Handle inbound leads and inquiries professionally and promptly, providing accurate property information and scheduling viewings. |
Conduct property viewings and present listings to potential buyers in a consultative manner. |
Negotiate sales terms between landlords and buyers, ensuring clear communication and mutual agreement from both sides. |
Coordinate with internal departments (CRM, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth documentation and transaction completion. |
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competition in the Dubai secondary property market. |
Maintain an active database of landlords and investors, nurturing relationships for repeat business and referrals. |
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs as defined by the Sales Manager. |
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal sales processes. |
Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility. |
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE
Educational Requirements / Qualifications: |
High school diploma or equivalent education is typically required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field can be advantageous. |
RERA qualification is a must |
Experience: |
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market, preferably in resale/secondary market. |
Proven experience in dealing with landlords, handling property listings, and closing resale deals. |
