The Projects that are only for Locals (UAE Nationals) areAl Raha Gardens,Golf Gardens, Bateen Gardens, Abu Dhabi Hills, Seashore Villas, Abu Dhabi Hills Villas andBloom Gardens.

All expats from different nationalities will be entitled to buy villas or townhouses in designated investment zones in Abu Dhabi.
These investment zones will fall under Strata Law or Musataha Law which has not been released yet to define the ownership and the rights for the buyers.
